Recognizing the importance of celebrating outstanding achievements, we have introduced these awards to honor exceptional efforts and innovations within the security industry.
Spanning 8 categories across security technology and leadership excellence — including Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, PA/VA Systems, Cybersecurity, Software and Most Innovative Product, — the awards offer a unique opportunity to showcase outstanding achievements and gain recognition from both industry experts and the wider public.
The awards ceremony will take place on November 6 during a dedicated event in the Main Conference Hall.
NOTE: For award nominations, we are using software that allows for registration, application nomination, and voting from one platform.

Important information
- Exhibitors at the Romanian Security Summit are eligible to apply for two applications free of charge.
- Companies can nominate their applications in multiple relevant categories.
- Applications must be nominated by October 23, 2025.
- All applications undergo a review process by a judging committee comprising recognized regional and international industry experts.
- Approved applications will be open for public voting, with a maximum of five applications per category.
- To participate in public voting, registration and voting through the public voting portal are required.
