A standard stand (9 m²) includes

  • Backdrop 300 × 246 cm with your design
  • Cube table, 4 chairs and a cabinet for promotional materials
  • TV stand (TV screen on request)
  • Company logo board 100 × 30 cm

2025 specification. The organiser sets up the stand, and you can book additional space.

How big is a standard stand?

A standard stand is 9 m² (3 × 3 m) and is set up by the organiser. You can book an additional 9 m² next to it.

Can I choose where my stand is?

Yes. With the offer you get the floor plan with the locations still available, and you choose from those.

What do the sponsorship packages include?
